Jesse Kaczmarek
This guy over here is awesome. I love the colors they use, although I really hate their site. That neon blue on the black sony stuff pops soooo much.
Amazing Design/Letterpress
Check out these people here for some amazing work. They have a ton of their prints on sale and the best part is that almost all of them are 20 bucks. I'm definitely bookmarking this in the "once i get some money" folder. The first pic i posted is a poster, not a book cover, and it is sick.

Jarhead Back Cover
Updated Cover
I think I fixed the problem of the type at the bottom. I just took a spray brush and put it at 20% opacity and hit up some of the areas behind the text where it was too light to read. I think that should take care of the problem.I've got the back planned out in my head, I'm going to go ahead and try to knock it out tonight while the wheels are going.
Jarhead Update
This is the redo of the cover I worked on today. I like everything except the placement of the sentence at the bottom center. I haven't quite figured out how I am going to fit it in. I don't want to put it at the top (I tried and didn't like it). So if you have any suggestions on placement for that, I'd love to hear them.

Skin Background
These are 3 backgrounds I have been working on for my dexter/monologue video. I wanted it to resemble skin. They are pretty large files (11x17) so if you view them zoomed in, it looks pretty gross. I had to knock out some of the quality so I could reduce the file size to post them online. I know I would never want to meet someone that had skin that looked like this. I'm probably going to put a layer between the type and the background to blur the background some. That way the main focus will be on the type and ink instead of the detail in the background.
