Balbo Park Logos, Part 1

Here are a couple of pictures of logo ideas I have been working on this weekend. I wanted the logo to be texture heavy. I went out and bought some crazy paper that is really textured, printed out some logos and this is what I got. The ones here are possibly going to be strips or "bookmark" type things that will be on letterhead and things like that. I also need help on what I am going to do with "Park". Let me know what you think.

Si Scott

A few of you know of this guy, Si Scott. His stuff is really cool, its just not that different. He likes using those swirly things, and thats about it. It is still a neat trick though. Anyway, he just updated a bunch of his work and here are a few things:

Video Stuff

So I was doing some research for my animation for our group project. I came across this guy named Danny Yount who does title sequences. The stuff he does is just awesome (He did the 6 Feet Under intro). It turns out the company he works for, Digital Kitchen, just won an Emmy for best title sequence..... to what? Dexter.

Make sure you check out the intro he did for "The Reaping"

Brian Dettmer

Brian Dettmer cuts things out of books to make this type of art. It kind of goes along with that guy Liz showed us who does the cutting out of buildings. This is much cooler though
