final design

Here is my final logo and such. This is just a copy of the file i will send off to faron. The random names will be put on the back of ipod's.

possible final wine logo/packaging

This could be my final logo and packaging for my wine. You can see how good the white version stands out on the black background of the "hat". The final would also be white. The 2002 California... placement isnt final though. im still lookin for a good place for it.

bottle/packaging

this is my blank bottle with possible packaging.















this might be what ill use to package it. the piece just slips over the neck and has 4 sides to put info on. i can put a lot of the stuff on the back of my bottle as well as the bar code on it.

these are 2 logos i came up with for alternate calendar options. i will probably go with the soccer ball looking one b/c it will bring an element of the sport to each page.

here is what im working on. these are very rough drafts but i thought id let you see what you're up against.


suggestions on how to spice england up would be great. i know its missing something, other than the obvious formatting. the colors just seem a little off even though they are the correct colors. it feels old.

the is the final logo. i had planned on using just the mark but i guess ill go with the whole thing. setting it up this way would allow me to use just the mark in other instances.

www.them5.com its the a website for some coke bottles. check out the one by the designers republic (TDR) and make sure to click on night mode. not to mention that the openeing page has cool effects when you mouseover.

where i work

this is where i work. one of the perks about where i work is that the desk is $115 that i paid $15 for. pretty good deal. there will soon be a 19 inch widescreen monitor that will be replacing my current 15 inch. very soon

i found him while looking at different guitars that john mayer owned. i have never seen anyone do anything close with what he does with guitars. the different designs that he applies to them are very fresh. he doesnt approach them like regular guitars but more as art that just happens to be a guitar.

I recently discovered Chris Ware, who is an extreamly good designer. He recently came out with a book called "Jimmy Corrigan: The Smartest Kid on Earth". It is very different and takes a while to get used to but after you do it is amazing.
